The Zenith Class 3 Button Head Metal Screw at 8G x 32mm is the longer, better-protected sibling of the 20mm version — 12mm more penetration depth for fixing into thicker metal sections or where a stronger mechanical hold through multiple layers is needed. The drill point tip cuts directly into light-gauge metal without pre-drilling, and the low-profile button head distributes load over a wider bearing surface while sitting neatly flush once driven.
The key upgrade from the 20mm is the Class 3 corrosion-resistant coating — a step above standard galvanised finishes and better suited to exterior and semi-exposed environments where salt air, moisture, or humidity is a factor.
