Refund & Exchange Policy
At Dog Gone Fencing, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, we may offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
• Proof of purchase is supplied
• The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• The item is not a special order or custom-made product
Please note:
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible
• Shipping or delivery costs are non-refundable
• Return freight is the responsibility of the customer
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty:
• Custom-made or made-to-order products (including gates)
• COLORBOND® products and materials ordered specifically for your project
• Gate automation motors and systems
• Any special order or non-stocked items
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with proof of purchase.
Depending on the issue, we will provide:
• A replacement,
• A repair, or
• A refund,
in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Inspection on Delivery
We recommend inspecting all items upon delivery or collection. Any damage or discrepancies should be reported to our team within a reasonable timeframe so we can assist promptly.
Returns Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact our team with your order details and reason for return
- Await approval and return instructions
- Return the item in accordance with our instructions
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Important Notes
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
• All approved returns may be subject to inspection upon receipt
• This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
