SHIPPING & FULFILMENT POLICY

At this time, Dog Gone Fencing Pty Ltd does not offer shipping or delivery for online store purchases.


In‑Store Pickup Only

All products purchased through our online store are available for pick up from our store or nominated collection location only.

  • No shipping or freight services are provided
  • Customers are responsible for collecting purchased items
  • Pickup location and details will be provided after order confirmation

Order Fulfilment Timeframes

Order fulfilment times vary depending on product type and availability.

  • Fulfilment may take up to 3 weeks from the date of purchase
  • Custom‑made, made‑to‑order, COLORBOND®, and special‑order items may require the full fulfilment period
  • Stocked items may be ready sooner; however, timeframes are estimates only

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.


Pickup Notification & Collection

Once your order is ready for pickup, we will contact you with collection instructions.

Customers must:

  • Bring proof of purchase or order confirmation at pickup
  • Ensure suitable transport and handling arrangements
  • Collect orders within a reasonable timeframe once notified

Uncollected orders may be subject to storage limitations.


Risk & Responsibility

Risk in goods passes to the Customer upon collection. Customers are responsible for safe loading, transport, and handling of items once collected.


Changes to Pickup Arrangements

If you are unable to collect your order as arranged, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. Collection extensions are at our discretion.
