The Zenith Class 3 Galvanised Metal Screw at 8G x 30mm uses a countersunk head rather than a button head — the key difference being that the countersunk profile sits flush with or recessed into the surface once driven, making it the right choice where a smooth, unobtrusive finish is needed on metal panels, sheeting, or structural components. The self-drilling point penetrates light-gauge metal directly without pre-drilling, and the Phillips drive engages cleanly with standard driver bits to maintain consistent torque and reduce cam-out.
The Class 3 galvanised coating provides enhanced corrosion resistance beyond standard zinc finishes — well suited to outdoor and semi-exposed environments. Also available in a gold passivated finish for internal applications. Supplied in a 100-pack for trade and project quantities.
