TUFFPOLY Timber Look Composite Sleepers

The TuffPoly Composite Sleeper is a structural retaining sleeper engineered from advanced composite material — no timber, no steel. That means it will never rot, never rust, and never need the chemical treatments that make traditional timber sleepers a maintenance headache in Queensland's climate. The timber-look surface finish gives you the warm, natural aesthetic of hardwood sleepers without the weight, the splinters, or the degradation over time.

At 200 x 85mm — the same profile as a standard timber sleeper — TuffPoly sleepers drop straight into existing retaining wall designs and pair directly with TuffPoly Composite H Posts and C Posts for a complete composite retaining system. Each sleeper weighs under 10kg, making them a genuine one-person lift and significantly easier to handle on site than concrete or hardwood equivalents. Available in 1985mm and 2385mm lengths in two on-trend timber-look colours: Charcoal and Drift.

Suitable for retaining walls, raised garden beds, and garden edging. TuffPoly's galvanised fence brackets also allow a fence to be installed directly above the retaining wall, making this system a practical all-in-one solution for boundary and garden builds.
