The Sutton Tools Hypercut Demolition Blade is a heavy-duty 225mm reciprocating saw blade for cutting hardwood and softwood. The thick, rigid body resists bending and fracturing, so it holds a straight line when you’re cutting through posts, rails, sleepers and offcuts on site or in demolition work.
The teeth are milled and side set for straight, fast, rough cutting at 6 TPI, which suits quick, aggressive cuts rather than fine finishing. It’s made from cobalt bi-metal HSS for flexibility and resistance to heat and breakage. Sutton says it lasts up to 10X longer than high carbon steel blades.
