The Stanley FatMax Aviation Snips are purpose-built for cutting sheet metal, aluminium, UPVC, wire mesh, copper, leather, plastic, and mild steel up to 18 gauge (0.7–1.2mm) with precision and power. The double pivot action multiplies cutting force through the blade delivering high cutting power through tough materials without the hand fatigue that comes from fighting a cheaper pair of snips through the same cuts all day.

The forged alloy steel construction keeps the blades sharp and the pivot point solid under sustained use, while the bi-material easy-grip handles provide comfort and control on extended cutting runs. The one-handed automatic latch release means you can open the snips with a single hand; a small feature that makes a real difference when the other hand is holding material in position.

Available in left cut and right cut — select the variant that suits your cutting direction.
