The LokkLatch® Deluxe Series 3 is the ultimate privacy and security gate latch for residential and industrial applications. Designed to operate and lock from both sides of the gate, it eliminates the need for padlocks, chains, or handle cut-outs, delivering a clean, secure finish.
Manufactured from industrial-strength, rust-free polymers with 316 marine-grade stainless steel components, the Deluxe S3 is built for durability in demanding outdoor environments. Its two-part design includes an integrated External Access Button, allowing convenient street-side entry, while dual 6-pin lock cylinders can be rekeyed to match existing household doors (consult your locksmith prior to installation).
The Deluxe Series 3 features a new fitting jig and ball-joint connecting rod for faster, easier installation, with vertical and horizontal adjustment to ensure precise alignment and reliable operation. Suitable for square-posted gates up to 150 mm deep, it can be configured for left- or right-hand swing.
