The Durawall PFC100 Galvanised Steel C Post is a structural retaining wall post manufactured from Grade 300 galvanised steel and hot dipped to 600g/m² in accordance with Australian standards. The C section profile makes it the go-to choice for end posts, corner configurations, and installations where sleepers are only required on one side of the post; giving you the structural performance of the Durawall system with the flexibility to handle every point in the wall line, not just the straight runs.
Like all Durawall steel posts, the PFC100 is hot dipped galvanised rather than surface coated meaning the corrosion protection goes all the way through the steel and holds up in the most demanding outdoor environments, including the coastal conditions that are a reality for so many Queensland properties.
Available in a range of heights to suit walls from garden bed level right through to full boundary retaining applications. As a general rule, select a post length that is double the intended wall height; so for a 1m high wall, a minimum 2m post is required to achieve the correct embedment depth for structural performance.
