Durawall Concrete Sleeper Plastic Wedge

Concrete sleeper plastic wedges, also known as packers, are an essential component of any properly installed concrete sleeper retaining wall. Designed to be driven into the gap between the sleeper and the steel H or C post, they secure each sleeper firmly in position during installation, preventing movement, shifting, and misalignment before the wall is backfilled.

Made from durable UV-stabilised plastic, these wedges won't rot, compress, or deteriorate over time and unlike timber packers cut on site, every wedge is a consistent size for a uniform, professional finish across the entire wall. Simply slide into position and tap in with a hammer — no cutting, no measuring, no wasted time on site. Once the wall is backfilled, the retained material holds the sleepers permanently in place and the wedges remain as a permanent, maintenance-free component of the installation.
