The Colorbond Post Foot (Sharkfin Base Plate) is a robust and practical support solution for Colorbond fencing systems where concrete footing isn’t feasible or desired. Measuring 310 mm high × 100 mm × 35 mm, this base plate provides a stable foundation for channel posts fixed to solid surfaces such as concrete slabs, timber decking, or the top of core-filled block retaining walls.
Manufactured from heavy-duty galvanised steel with pre-drilled holes for easy fixing, the Sharkfin Base Plate securely holds the post in place. It pairs seamlessly with Colorbond channel posts, Neetascreen panels, Smartascreen panels, and universal rails, delivering a secure and professional finish without the need for traditional in-ground footings.
